Looks good. Do you need a retail DVD burner? OEM products cost less.

OS: I will suggest get 64bit, but it entirely up to you.
PSU: I don't think you need that expensive 750W. Even you upgrade to a 8800Ultra, you only need a 500W 34A PSU. So I will say you only need something like 550W.
I would rather get cheaper PSU, like COOLER MASTER Real Power Pro 550; COOLER MASTER Real Power Pro RS-750-ACAA-A1; OCZ StealthXStream OCZ600SXS; CORSAIR CMPSU-550VX
