No a black edition requires a 630w PSU I am not sure on the amps I can't find any site that tells me but I think you would tax your PSU to much running it even 90%.
But this 260 here

(Minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 36 Amp Amps.)
Two available 6-pin Molex hard drive power dongles
Long as you meet the amps you should be just fine. You could overclock it but not as far as the black edition since power would be a issue.
Personally I have seen systems where the PSU took a crap and I would rather not risk it and keep my load around 80% or so of my PSUs max just to play it safe and keep it nice and cool.
