is this good?
do i need to fix anything?

Looks OK to me.
But I'd rather choose a cheaper motherboard for single video card, or off to i7 920 with X58 if dual video card in future.
 
Not sure if the coreI7 860 has a tripple channel, if it is you should rather go with tripple channel 6gigs instead of those 4 gigs of memory. I know coreI7 920 has it so I suppose the 860 has it too

P55 with dual channel. 4GB is the way to go..
 
Build looks good should make for one nice gaming computer. What kind of hard drives are those they aren't the 7200.11 hard drive are they? If so then you need to change them to the 7200.12 or better yet get western digital.
