What graphics chipset allow me to play all the current and 2-3 year upcoming games FULL DETAILS AND NO LAG??
Playing new and upcoming games.

It's way to hard to predict 2-3 years in advance 
.. So If I had to say then it would have to be the best of the best today.. but this 2-3 years from now I'm going to have to say Nvidia's 6800 Ultra because it makes use of DX 9.0c which means shader model 3.

Video cards are out-dated every six to 18 month's, depending on how advanced your video card is from the time of purchase.
