depends... for gaming the 3700 might have the edge, but overall the x2 4200 is much better... plus dual-core will be better in gaming in the future... just as of now the 3700 will have an edge on gaming


Lets say there is a single core processor at 2.6GHz, then there is a dual-core at 2.2GHz

the single core is 2.6GHz but the dual-core is baisically 2 2.2GHz processors in one...
someone correct me if i am wrong

depends, since with the X2 you wont have as many background apps running on the same core as the one that the games on, so it may speed it up, but im not sure.

And yes its 2x 2.2Ghz cores, but keep in mind that its completely different from having a 4.4Ghz cpu.
