I have a toshiba Satellite L305D-S5974. I have no idea what is wrong with it, Every OS I try and install says some variation of " BIOS cannot boot from this device, try enabling the controller in BIOS) on the install screen. Windows 7 and Vista both give me this error, however I was able to get XP on it but I really need to get 7 back on and no matter what I do it will not let me. Any ideas? I have 2 settings for the controller, AHCI and Compatibility mode, I can only install XP with compatibility mode, in either one neither V or 7 will install. Please help I have to get this fixed soon. 
On a side note, for some random reason one time Vista did allow you to install, however when it unpacked and required a reboot it would not continue installation, and I have scanned this disk for bad sectors and I haven't seen anything.
