That's a machine check exception error seen more with XP and can be caused by a number of things like incorrect drivers for hardwares like the video card, not installing chipset drivers, even a faulty cpu, board, or memory problem being realized.

The only MS information found so far applied mainly to XP as seen at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/316424

Before assuming any definite hardware fault however try using the automatic fix startup problems option found in the repair tools section when booting from the Vista installation disk. Are you running an NVidia or ATI driven video card there. If ATI avoid the Catalyst 7.9 since that was a total bugout there.

Thanks, i am going to run MemTest just to check if there is anything wrong with my ram. Thanks for your input 2 PC eye. I am running Nvidia Drivers: 169.32 from eVGA.

If you saw a bad install of drivers or a version of an update would problems that would cause BSODs fast enough. A bad install can see drivers trying to load into reserved memory addresses seeing crashes as well. The memtest tool is also seen on the Vista dvd there as an option as well as the repair tools section.
