i'm building my first computer and getting very frustrated. I have about 6 case fans that came with my tower and i'm trying to connect them to anything...they have a 4 holed plug but the fan ports on my crosshair iv seem like the holes are much closer together and doesn't fit. What am I missing here?

Do they have molex connectors or something? Those are the 4-pin connectors that are about an inch wide. You'll find them coming out of your power supply.

Yeh sounds like molex's might have to try daisy chaining them from other components such as HDD or dvd drives since some power supplies dont have 6.
