Please help me find a capture card that works.

I've bought three capture cards, for under $50 because I there's no reason why I shouldn't be able to get one, that works, for that much. I don't need an hd decoder or anything fancy. All I want to do is plug my cable into it so I can watch and record, on my PC.

Well if you purchased 3 so far, and none have worked... i would assume it is your error in installing, or setting up.

What problems are you receiving when you try to get it working?

There's no problem with the way I've installed the damn things, I've built and modified several computers. The issue seems to be with the chips and drivers; I haven't been able to get the drivers to install. The stupid installation wizard opens and I go through the hole deal, all that ever happens is, "drivers not installed. unable to find appropriate drivers for hardware." I wasn't really surprised when I couldn't install the cards, they ranged from $3-15$; real crap. I just figured, if I can get a good AGP for a little over $100, I should be able to get a basic capture card for under $40. It looks like I might need to spend a little more, so I'm trying to find success stories, so I can get what they got. What do you have?

So the
Leadtek WinFast TV2000 XP Expert TV Tuner
really does capture good quality video and audio? Like from NTSC RCA composite AV inputs? (a.k.a. the little round red white and yellow plugs on you tv) Because I seirously want to buy this thing.
