Please help me!...I am loosing my emails!!!

Ok, so I was just about to run atf cleaner and then thought about my lost emails. If I check delete all content, incl. recycl. bin...doesn't that slim the chances of restoring my lost emails? Sorry for being such a pain!

I have cleaned everything out but it won't let me open killbox when in safe mode. It shows "Killbox.exe is not a valid Win32 application". What shoudl I do next?

I could not figure out what exactly you meant by press control-c, and it didn't give me the option to click "no" at pending operations..it just informed me that that file was removed????

Things are much better..no pop ups!, but SUPERAntiSpyware has popped up twice already telling me about the thread "Downloader" and I have removed it twice. The location was somewhere "...Dell....exe

That's not good, is it?
And I am running the check right now and already it found 9 entries of Trojans and adware??? Why do they keep on coming back???

do you use spyware blaster or spyware guard? if not give them a try, looks like you dont as i dont see it in your hijack log, those are pretty powerful free tools, might help you for the future.

It is crucial for me to get them back- I am in the middle of a divorce process and some of those emails are part of the evidence against my abusive husband...

Can you post where it's finding these, they could just be registry entries or in system restore or something.

For the email problem, you could try a program like this and see if it can find anything.
