i recently formatted my pc and i am finding a very strange thing which didnot happen ever before.
i find that i simply cannot install shockwave successfully.the animation never plays.i can't play any shockwave games.
i tried everything--direct installer,standalone installer,uninstallers,IE,firefox,i have java enabled my pc,restarted my pc.But nothing is working.i just can't use shockwave.
I don't have a valid XP CD.i have a copied one.
but the one i used to install Xp this time is different from those i used for previous installations.
What could be the possible reason for this(failure of shckwave in my pc)?
Is there anything i can do apart from reinstalling Xp/formatting if i have to use shockwave?
Coz i am telling you that i have used shockwave before on the same pc .
