Please help me with upgrading RAM !!!

Ok so i want to upgrade my RAM but i dont know if i can do that, i have Kingmax Semiconductor ddr2 PC2-8900 (533 mHz) 2gb and my question is can i add to the slot Kingston DDR2 800MHz, CL6, 2GB... please anwser

These are my spec
Graphic: ATI Radeon HD 5570
CPU: AMD Athlon II X2 255
Motherboard: Gigabyte Technology M720-US3
Hard Drive: 156GB Seagate ST3160021A (PATA)

or could it work if i remove the current ram (Kingmax Semiconductor ddr2 PC2-8900 (533 mHz) 2gb) and buy 2 of Kingston DDR2 800MHz, CL6, 2GB ??? please ANWSER

Your best bet would be to remove existing and replace with new.
