Please help me !!!

My computer is restarting when I try to watch clips on youtube (I can watch videos on other sites), also when i try to change desktop settings, or try to change my screen resolution . What should I do? Please help me !!!

please give details...is it a new PC?or is it old and the problem is suddenly occuring nowadays?give full specifications including OS version...what antivirus do you have?is it free?or does it give full protection?finally has it ever restarted while doing anything other than watching utube vids,changing desktop settings and screen resolution?
 
Old computer, the problem started when i reinstalled windows SP2 .graphic card is ati radeon 9200 (128 MB),a md athlon XP 1700+ 1024mb ddr. anti virus is avira (full protection). Only in those situations.
 
could be a flash related virus of some description as i know you can get them, try downloading superantispyware and doing a scan see if you have a virus :)
 
most probably it seems like a virus...do a full system scan...otherwise you can try to do a crean reinstall of the OS...what I mean is, during reinstall, first format the particular drive, then reinstall the OS...not the repair way of reinstalling...as far as I know, it shouldn't be a graphics driver problem coz driver problems shouldn't make you PC restart...it just won't let you run certain programs...
