please help me

That means your graphic card (or integrated graphics) dont support the pixel shader model (or pixel shaders at all) the game uses. Unless you upgrade your card you wont be able to play it.

Lol 34erd, you're 12? Holy crap, what are you, in 6th grade? And you have 2.271 posts? Wow... I'm not trying to be offensive or anything, I just think that's crazy for a 12 year old...
Back on topic: I suggest buying a new one for like 50-150 bucks

yeah but i have to buy a whole new motherbord and case to be able to do that. I don't have a video card slot in my computer, only the white slots.

But the thing is with this game demo i would say 98% of people who tried to download it got the same error. I wonder if its really my computer or the demo has and error? It would suck if i did go out and buy al that stuff and it still wouldn't work lol My computer can play Doom3 and AOE3 (a little choppy, but thoes games do play) so i would think this demo wouldn't be to big of a problem.

but a PCI video card won't be any better than what i have, would it? How can i tell if i can buy one thats better than what i have, and how do i even figure out how good mine is?....my computer wont tell me lol

I could play Doom III and AOE3 on my old GeForce 4 MX 440, which also didnt have pixel shaders, so I'm almost sure its your videocard (or lack of).

Are the pixel shaders a pretty new thing for games? I have never heard of them before.

I'm going to get the PCI GeForce 6600 or 7300 256MB and that should fix the problem. The 660 is only like $59 and the 7300 is only about $89. Do you know what the differances are between the two? Thy are about 250MB so i don't really know whats different betwen them other than one is a little newer.
