Hi, i have reciently discovered a problem with services.exe. every 1/2 second it toggles from using 0% of the CPU to 20%, which makes my games jump every second.

can someone tell me wtf is going on and how i can stop it.

Depending on where the process is located, you could be dealing with a Trojan virus. I would suggest running Hijackthis and posting a log, just to rule this out.
