Hello,
I just finished built my CP and everything seems to work pretty good. However, I noticed that Vista indicates the total RAM memory of 2.88GB but Bios indicates a correct value of 4 GB. How can I make Vista to accept the fact that there are 4 GB of RAM installed.
More over, I notice that my Vista score only 1.0 and when I click on the update score link... my computer goes crazy... memory dum and reboot by itself.

have you cheked if the ram is actually for the mobo, it may be compatible but it's not meant to be use for the mobo
by the way what mobo and ram do you have ?...is it the one in your sig ?

a 64bit os is required to use entire 4gb. that is probably your problem. is your os 32bit? also check your memory for errors, it may be bad ram.

My computer spec. are as specified in my sig. I have the 32 bit version of Vista. I will check the mobo and RAM compatability. I will also run the memory check.

Thanks for your help.

You need the 64 bit version for it to reconginse the 4 GB whihc means buying / and installing fresh again whihc is a pain
