Please help! Sound trouble for weeks, GOING CRAZY!!!

I have an ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe AM2 NVIDIA nForce 570 SLI MCP motherboard, with an ADI AD1988B 8 channel onboard sound card. I have no internet sound, and certain sounds are missing from games. where can I find new drivers? or where can I find my current ones and upgrade?

The drivers however look extremely out of date. Windows Update on Vista (if you're using it) might have some new ones available for download.

@ Cohen- come on bud, that's such an unhelpfull obvious answer that he's tried already(I hope !! ) but maybe he just can't track down the drivers he needs which is why he's asking here
