please HELP! which is better?

of these two configurations, which is better? they are selling for the same price. i'm mostly concerned with which processor is better.

what are you going to do with the computer?

check email, download photos to the computer from a digital camera, use aol instant messenger, maybe some very simple photo manipulation. nothing too heavy.
