please help with driver

i cant find the dang ethernet driver ANYWHERE does anyone happen to luckily have the driver cd for this thing the foxconn website doesnt even have it :(:(:( im also missing the audio drivers but not as important

im kinda being lazy but, i couldnt find an audio for one of my boards, so i called them and they were helpful, call then AND send an email though
 
I think your boards last 2 are 6L not 61
