OK. So i just reformated my computer. But now i think my video card is acting a little bit weird. Becuase when i scroll down or scroll up on a page. Its really chuncky. Meaning it kinda lags when i scroll up or down and its REALLLLY annoying. I htink its my video card since i reformated.
