What does that "CAUTION" mean on the comments??? Also, what can go wrong if I stay with the PSU that comes with the case for a while????

you really should read what it says before asking questions becuase if you have you would of read

* The comment "CAUTION" is reserved for PSUs that have stats that are unexpected (that is, potentially measured in extremely ideal and unrealistic conditions)

Praetor even went through the time to make it red which should of hinted to you it important to read.

on a side note am I the only person that find it funny he picked the only PSU on the whole list with the caution comment

Well, it was the only cheap PSU that was around 400 watts, but yes even I find it funny now that I look at it.....
