please help

I am working on a Dell Dimension 4600c that has been dropped . According to the bios lights and beeps, the computer cannot recognize any memory. I have tried to replace both sticks of RAM (DDR2700 256 MB), which did not remedy the situation.

You guys have any other ideas that I could do to troubleshoot this computer?

If you replaced the RAM and it still didnt work then i would guess at a dead motherboard, in other words, its a dead machine.

Can you confirm the beep pattern... It is not just a number of beeps For example..

The beeps can be *BEEP* - *BEEP* - *BEEP* - *BEEP* have a code of 4 beeps
OR

The beeps can be *BEEP* - *BEEP* - *PAUSE* - *BEEP* - *BEEP* have a code of 2-2

Can you confrim the beep code?

the bios beeps are 1-3-2. the lights are:

A=green
B-D = yellow

1-3-1 You'll need to replace the motherboard.
1-3-3 You'll need to replace the motherboard.

1-3-2 is in the middle... I would assume youll need to replace the Mobo...

If you replace it with a normal motherboard, note that you'll also have to buy a PSU too
