Gainward GT 210 through DVI

Ok Guys, got this video card a few days ago.

Set it up then, and was working all ok.

This morning, nothing would work...

This is still the problem;
When you press the case's start button, you hear fans, etc... all good.
You get the MB's splash screen.
But when you'd normally see the Windows 7 'flashing' symbol, there'd be none at all.

And so not much is happending.

I have tried:
- System Restore
- Restoring 2+ months, and re-installing drivers

Everything works in Safe Mode.

PLEASE HELP!!!

Tried simply reseating the graphics card? The easiest way to find out if the GT 220 is the problem is to try another card or use onboard video if you can. Can you also try using a different monitor too?

Boot into safemode, uninstall the display driver, and get a fresh install of the display driver.

Onboard video working.

I've already tried re-installing the drivers, no luck.

Try the card in a different computer. If it don't work, then the card has failed.
