Do you have an OEM license or retail license for windows? Don't be buying old/outdated stuff, if you really want performance then you would need AM3+ motherboard, DDR3 and AM3+ processor.

One more thing.1 year ago,I had ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro and everything was great.No bags and lags in games,maybe small lags in GTA 4.Now is NVidia GeForce 210,baddddddddd.
