Please Help!!!

I've got a pentium III at home, been working alright for a year but now it's causing a problem. Everytime i turned off the pc, it's just restarted so i have to turn the pc off twice before it goes off.

any ideas why ??

Could be a faulty power supply. Whenever there's a spike or a wierd/unstable voltage, it can automatically restart itself.

try reinstalling windows....
or reformatting....
i dont see how this thread shouldve been started in the memory and hard drives section??
