Please help

I turned on my computer this morning to see that my screen was all screwed up, my sister was on the computer the night before and I have no idea what she did to it... I tried a system restore and virus scan and it was fixed until I restarted and then it went back to this:

would anyone know why it's acting like this? please help me!

Make sure your video card isn't overheating. Go to the advanced settings under the display properties and there might be a place that has the temperature. You also might want to try reseating your video card and making sure its not too dusty.
