Please Help!

I have just downloaded the BitLord torrent client. I have not had any experience with torrents before, so I have absolutely no idea what im doing. I am trying to download the Final Fantasy XII iso, but im not getting any actual "downloading" done. The total upload has going up slowly for the past half hour,but the total download is still at 0 B . Am I doing something wrong? Please help!!!

bit lord has spyware in it, go download azerus or utorrent

okay iv got utorrent now, but its still not downloading. it just stays at 0.

open up the file in utorrent, and if there are any seeders you will download the file
