Please help!

My computer starts until the Windows XP screen, then reboots over again. And does not allow to start in safe mode. I've already changed the boot priority, inserted a floopy disk and nothing. What should I do?? Also shows up every time the screen that asks if I want to start the windows normally or in safe mode. Thanks in advance
 
Yes, but in order to do that, I will have to reformat the drive and loose all my data. That'll be the last option really.
 
Do a repair install. Your data remains intact. You will lose all of the MS updates but that should be all.
 
this probly isnt the case but my computer did that to me when the power went out and fried some ram

do you have some recovery cds those keep your data
