Ahh don't tell me that I'm gonna go to a computer shop to fix it
Man they take alot of money

Surely they cant take money off you for asking what the problem is though?
If it needs alot of money to fix it justy buy a new computer theres my advice for you.

Are you sure you didnt accidentally unplug anything? Open it back up and make sure everything is plugged in correctly and if you removed the video card, make sure it is securely snapped back into place.

what does it ay on the blue screen some times it tells you why open the case make sure everything is connected and go from there

At a guess it's possible that your hard drive is damaged, a component on the motherboard is damaged. Maybe you can help us help you with more information.

When installing the new operating system did you format the hard drive first?
What do you mean 'used' did you buy it from a random person or from a store?
What is the model of your dell computer?

I don't, I give a free estimate but most don't. some charge $75, just to bring it in.
Run a knoppix cd for a couple hours, this could rule out most hardware problems.
