Please rcomend a video card

I am going to build a computer but am having trouble picking a good graphics card. I will be mostly using it for online videos, digital camera pictures, a little video editing and maby a flight sim or somthing.

I want either 128mb or 256mb. my max buget is 140 bucks, no higher!

a 9600XT is about the best you can do, depending on the flight sim it should be enough to run it at a decent detail level. Video editing is mostly processor based and viewing videos, pictures and other 2d work doesn't need much video power.
