Do you need a monitor, optical drives, OS, keyboard, mouse, etc?

As for the parts you picked out, I would recommend a different motherboard, ASRock mobo's are pretty poor quality wise.

The PSU seems like it will be good spec wise, but the price makes me think twice about how well it will work with a 7900GT.

Everything else looks good. Whats your total budget for a new PC?

If you just post the same topic once, then it will be more organized :)

You'll want to spend more on a power supply, at least $40, more like $50. How about this:

or this:

As far as a motherboard is concerned, look into this:

The hard drive looks great. The processor, however, is a socket 939, and you have an AM2 motherboard, so you will need this AM2 version of the 3200+ instead:

If you can stretch your budget to include these updated parts, and still keep the 7900GT, by all means do. However, if you are having trouble, this card is still a great deal:

Avoid that PowerTek PSU. The ones that Jet suggested are about the minimum i'd use for a 7900GT.
