I've been researching this for a few months now, and this seems to be my best bet, but I'm kind of new with building computers so could you guys check this out for me? I am getting Antec 900, I wanted the Tempest but the Antec is free so...

I think you may want to is a modular PSU. I have seen many people say the Antec 900 is not the best with cable management...the extra cables you don't use will get in the way. Here is a nice Silverstone 700w modular psu for $14 more. It also has a $25 mail in rebate.

Here is a hard drive for you to take a look at...it's $5 more but it's 500GB WD with 16MB cache. Great reviews across the internet.

Budget is 700, I'm at 674 since the case is free.

i'd suggest the modular silverstone too, my antec is PACKED with cables, i have them just packed into my spare hdd cage on the bottom, but it's still alot of management, my rear (backside of motherboard) panel barely closes i have so much running through it.

I would go for a tri or quad core processor, that is what im upgrading to. Always good to future proof your system.

If push comes to shove I can attempt to unlock the 550 to a tri or quad core, but coming from a 2600+, I think this will do just fine Should this be enough to max out SC2?
