What are my possibilities. What can i uppgrade what is most important to uppgrade. And Can i get more then 4GB ddr 3 Ram?

I know i need a better PC but i don't whant to buy a new one.

4gb's is the most, any processor upgrade if possible won't be worth it, c2q's are rediculously expensive when newer and faster i5's are same and cheaper. and unless you want to game i'd leave it as is.
