i ordered that and i got 2 ides for hd's and and optical drives and one for the floppy drive.

my top optical drive is at the very top of the rack and my bottom one is at the very bottom of teh rack ... the reason for this is because i only have 1 psu cable that will reach the bottom drive.. i was wondering if taht cable is long enoung to reach teh 2 driives.. please answer and if you have a picture THAT WOULD REALLY HELP
 
well, theres really no way of telling until you actually plug it in. chances are, if youre referring to the top of the LOWER bays, and not the top of the case, then yes, it will extend from the mobo to the two drives. thats what its made for :).
 
lol ok thatx guys i'll post some pics when i'm done setting up my rounf ide cables... as soon as they get here
 
the good thing about those cables is that theyre relatively universal, so they can remain compact when attatched to two adjacent drives, while still accomodating a setup like yours. good luck!
 
thanx for dedicating ur time.. ya i got the whole setup do ides and a floppy all same color and company... lol i actually went in my attic today and found and old vaio and like jacked a whole bunch of parts.. now i got a slave hard drive and a slave cd drive the hard drive is aweosme 7.2k and teh cd-rom suks but its cool atleast now the cables can all be plugged up..
