as you can c everything is in pluged up lights on and nothing on screen could it be the motherboard battery, or coz the ram i have on now isnt on the asus list or i dunnno pleaseee hellp!!!!

What do you have that Motherboard situated on? because if it's on something that conducts static electricity you could be in for a nasty surprise... Have you mounted the motherboard in it's case and tried? The mobo could be shorting.

Lets see... one : Grad an old case speaker and hook it up. If you can get any beeps...

1. Video card if faulty...
2. RAM is faulty...
3. CPU is faulty...
4. MOBO is faulty...
5. Hardware conflict.... (My mom's computer wouldnt boot unless the PCI wireless was in an specific slot)

Beeps would help alot.

so ill just get a speak from an old case i hav somwhere right and put in and if beeps then somthing faulty yer

all my stuff wokrs on on diff computerd like ram workss 100% vid card works 100% cpu works 100% and mobo works 100% lol somthing is wronge

Surprised no one has said this yet but...

Those anti-static bags are designed to transfer the static electricity from the item in the bag, so a static charge doesn't build up on the item in the bag. This is atleast as far as I know. Otherwise you'd get static buildup on the item in the bag.

But I haven't personally tested the conductivity of the bag, but if its designed to work the way I always thought they did, your attempt to keep your computer protected might have just backfired on you...unfortunately.

But I wouldnt know without testing it.

anyway my motherbaord is fine coz i first put it all in the case and it did work b4 puting it on the bags so yer

So, your computer/mobo was running fine while it was in the case and now you have it on the antistatic bag its not working right? Am I correct on what you just meant there.

I still dont think it takes the mobo out of the situation. If the bags are "conductive" you have to worry about the solder points and such on the back of the mobo shorting out.

Like i said I haven't personally tested the bags for conductivity but it could be an issue. Like I said, they are designed to transfer static electricity off components in the bags. So that way a static charge doesn't build up and you go to grab it out of the bag and zzzzzappp. I just don't know if the outside of the bag conducts electricity the same way...just telling you its something to look out for.

no it has never worked well i dont no why but it did the same thing as it is now b4 when is was in the case so it cant be the antistatic bag!!!
