Are you sure it will handle if I OC and crossfire 5770s, oc my cpu to 3.7-4.0 ghz, raid 0 my hdds, run 4 sticks of ram and use a audio card? Please help,

yea, its enough power. how many power connectors does the 5770 have?

Would their be a tempature difference between a cpu with C2 stepping and a cpu with C3 stepping?
