Pls help with Nero

Hello all,

I have Nero 7 and every time i want to copy a CD it saves the actual file to my desktop. It wasn't doing that with my other computers before. It wont ask me to insert the blank CD so it can copy it, it just saves it on my desktop. How can i fix this?

Are you sure your selecting your DVD/CD drive and not a virtual drive?

Hello,

I don't know whats going on. I can't even play music or watch movies on my DVDRW. When i open up my computer, it's showing me that there is a music CD but, when it try's to play the CD, it skips and there is a red X's on all the songs.

Edit: It does that with every CD.

^^ Never mind, i fixed it. Bad IDE cable
