Plssss Help my computer

to all computer pros pls help me with my problem;

My computer shut down after a minute or less than a minute of usage,
i tried to change, clean the memory pin and video card, i also tried to replace my fan but it didnt work out,
what am i going to do.

here my computer specs

celeron 800mhz
128 mb ram
16 mb SIS video card
300 watts atx supply

Is it a CPU overheating issue? I wouldn't think so with only an 800 MHz Celeron...hmmm... Can you be any more specific with what happens? Does it give you any error screens or does it just go off with no provocation? Any extra details would be appreciated.

It turns off with out any warnings or error screen.
after turnignoff i cannot start it again, but if a wait for 1 to 2 hours, it will power up again, thats why i suspected the temparature of my cpu

yeah but not exactly hot, since i dont have a spare part to isolate the problem, i ask my friend and he suspected the power supply and the mother board. what do you think
