Plug ins???

well my new laptop sometimes when i want to watch a video it shows me a blank screen with a puzzle piece and it says "click to download" then when i click it, it takes me to a screen that asks if i want to manually find a plugin?

go to www.free-codecs.com and download and install xp codec pack and k-lite codec pack. You will need to use the bundled Media Player CLassic but your videos should all play

No dude, the man needs an actual PLAYER... Codecs come 2nd Besides, Media Player Classic doesn't have an online plugin. You still need Windows Media player, quicktime, or realplayer. It all depends on what format the video is...

Are you using firefox by any chance? I get this problem on some video's, so i just switch to IE to watch them
