Hi there, for the past year or so I have used a hdmi cable to connect my Acer aspire 6920g laptop to my LG Flatron M2762D tv. It has all worked fine up until very recently. I plugged the hdmi into my laptop and the screen blanked completely, went black and I couldn't do anything, even after unplugging the hdmi the laptop stayed blank. I had to hard-power it down. Since then, it does this every time I plug in the hdmi, it also doesn't show the picture on the tv either. The odd thing is, when I plug the same cable into the same laptop but a different tv, it works just fine. I am stumped. It definitely isn't the cable, and might not even be the laptop. I have been through all the settings on my tv and found nothing to do with hdmi. Any help apreciated, thanks
