I built a new computer with the following specs:
Q6600 CPU
P5N-D motherboard
4GB (2x 2GB) OCZ PC800
2x 8800GT EVGA Superclocked
Zumax 750W Power Supply
1x ATA133 CD-Drive
2x SATA HDD
1x SATA DVD-RW Drive
Windows Vista Ultimate 64

When I hook everything up, the computer will boot and load the setup files, but after it loads the setup files, Vista setup comes up with an error.

I've hooked and unhooked everything, and even took the side of the case off and stuck a big fan next to it cuz I thought it might be overheating.

Finally I got the system to install Vista and run when I only have the following hooked up:
Power supply + Mobo + Ram + 1x HDD

It's DRIVING ME NUTSSSS!!!! Someone PLEASE HELP MEEEE!!!!111oneoneoneoneone

take out 1-2gbs of ram. after its installed, you can put it back in.
Yep, do this first. Vista installer sometimes (was it always, or only on certain chipsets) runs into some kinda trouble if you have more than 2GBs RAM installed...
