i got cell phone cable for my cell phone and i installed the cd that came up with the cable but when i connected my cell phone and the pc its not finding any connection between them i dont know whats wrong everything is perfecly installed and putted but its not findin connection with my computer

HELP PLZZZZZZ
 
have you tried to do the "install new hardware"?? or maby your phone has something you need to get into so it can comunicate with the pc.
 
ok i went to add new hardware and there i dont have installed only PCI multiport serial controller and i asked here how can i install it and nobody answered me thats all i dont have installed.


(in case u didnt open u box i posted it here too)

I cant click connect until my computer get connection with the cell phone when it get connection then it will show the connect botton for clicking :(
 
remove the program that u installed, and then connect the phone first, wait some few seconds, and then see if ur PC recognizes that phone.
2nd question: what OS r u running?
