PNY or BFG 7800GT

I have a friend who works at Best Buy and is able to get a discount on the 7800GT. Best Buy has two that I am interested in, one is $360 (PNY) and the other is $400 (BFG) w/out the discount. After the discount the difference in price between the two would be $28. Which one do you think I should get?
 
Yes, but the factory OC doesn't really matter, I could easily OC the PNY to the same as the BFG. So with that thought out of your heads, what do you think I should get?
 
I would say bfg because you get a life time warranty with it. but i would say just go a head and go buy the xfx 7800GT off newegg for $299. u save quite a bit

I used nVidia's driver clock frequency tool to do it, I just adjusted the sliders, clicked test settings, and then clicked apply, then I was done.

The PNY would be about $250 from Best Buy, so right there is $50 cheaper then the XFX. Although the XFX lights up green which is cool, but I don't think that $50 for lights is worth it.
