Pretty much, yes, the GPU is the same, just the card its self was made by gigabyte instead of ATi. For practical purposes, theres no difference, this one was just the cheapest.

EDIT: This card also has only 128 mb of RAM, but on such a low end card it wont make much difference. Either way, I'm just trying to point out that the site you were planning on buying from is a complete ripoff.

Well, look, i live in Canada, so price is higher. plus i got gift cars, So it ain't much a rip off.
 
well, look. i got 150$ gift card, so here we go. i only have to pay 50$ for the nvidia, instead of 175$ for your card.
