poor performance on system

I get long load and response times, in-game freeze, and stutters/ any help would be awesome

You have a lot of hard drives there, my guess its one of them playing up. Start disconnecting unneeded drives and see if there is improvement. If not, it may be the OS drive or the drive where the game is installed.
