Some websites, have highlighted words (links, hypertext etc.) when you mouse over them, a small window comes up saying (Windows Live Search) and at the top, it says something like (Vibrant ad). It is really annoying.
Here is a site with with it. Click on "highlighted-words" near the top of the page, below the arrow to see a popup window box.
How do I get it to not do that. Is there a program downloaded which makes that happen. If so, what is it called so i can delete it.
