Port Blocking w/ RV082

So I got a question for everyone.

I have a Linksys RV082 router. Lately we've (my company) been getting a lot of spam. We contacted out spam filtering company and they said I need to lock down port 25 to only accept email from their IP address range. I just wanted to double check my router settings so I don't end up blocking everyone's e-mail by accident and don't realize it.

So, I created an access rule with the following settings:
Action: Allow
Service: SMTP[TCP/25~25]
Source Interface: Any (not sure what I should set this to)
Source IP: My filtering company's IP address range
Destination IP: Any

Is this all correct?

Does the mail coming across port 25 go to a specific place, or to all computers? Should the destination IP be a specific server/Computer?

The problem is that e-mail is getting sent directly to our mail server without going through Postini (our spam filter). So the mail is going to any of our 200+ email addresses, if not all of them. So, basically I want to allow only e-mail coming from the specified IP range from Postini. For that reason I made the destination IP "Any" so it doesn't matter where the e-mail is going. All that matters is where the e-mail is coming from.

The main setting I'm not sure about is the Source Interface.

Another question, by allowing this IP range to access that port, does it block all other IPs? Or do I need to create a first rule to block all connections, and make a 2nd rule to allow just this range.

Edit: Please? Anyone? I would like to get this figured out by the end of the work day.

Edit 2: I changed the source interface to WAN1 (that's where our internet connection is connected to), is that correct?

Bump - can someone please help me? We're getting a lot of spam and this needs to get done, I just need verification on the settings.

Im not a Lan admin or anything but ill explain what I mean.
I think the destination Ip should be the server that the mail is supposed to go to. An email is sent to a domain, which is an Ip address. So your router gets an email. This filter will ONLY allow it to come from your spam removal company, and should send it to your server. If this router is the only access to the network, and you are still getting spam email after you tried this, then i have one more suggestion. The wording of the above filter does not inherintly imply that it is blocking all data/email coming across the port 25 that is NOT from the source IP. So you might want to have 2 filters one to accept from the source, and the other to block all the rest.

You might want to try this in stages though.

Stage 1: Try with above method
If it doesnt work..
Stage 2: Change Destination IP: to point to your email server
If it doesnt work..
Use your same filters as #1 and add the second filter removing access to everything else.

Let me know how it goes.. Sorry about the lack of replies..
