I got a DDR motherboard with only 64 MB inbuilt graphic memory and my new desktop is possibly delayed till 6 months, is it possible to upgrade graphics memory till at least 256 MB?
The processor is 2.4Ghz Intel P4 and RAM 1.25GB.
What do you mean? You'll have to buy a legacy graphics card as i doubt your motherboard has a PCI-express X16 slot. How much money are you willing to spend and what kind of games are you looking to play?
It is Intel Desktop Board D845GVSR.
It has also written below "Supports DDR333/266/ 200 SDRAM" what does that mean?
I want to play mostly FIFA 11 and CoD games (if possible).
Your board is mATX 478 Pin with 3 PCI slots and 2 DDR slots. From the above info, it supports a max Ram speed of 333Mhz.
You will not be able to handle the newer COD games. May CODWAW if you are lucky (doubt it). Road to hill 30 should be possible though (I had it on the origional Xbox, so its probably pre 2007 at least).

I would check out this graphics card. The HD 4250 that is in my lappy is a kickass card, so that 5450 PCI should be a good card for you. It is a little pricey for a PCI card, but you could probably use it in a new build while you are saving for a 6*** series or newer Nvidia card. Most boards still have several PCI slots, so it will work.
