Is this a decent rig, for gaming. And are all the parts compatible?

What's your budget and what do you normally play? The 750Ti is not a very strong card.

I'd also get an SSD.

No need for a watercooler, get the coolermaster hyper 212 evo. Also get a 7200 rpm HDD. I also can't recommend using that power supply. I would either get the corsair cx430 or evga 430 watt unit.

Since it looks like you are on a budget, ditch that liquid cooling kit and spend that on a better video card or SSD.
