Possible New Virus

The program doesn't install, its a stand alone program, you just double click on it to run it after downloading. You may want to boot to safe mode and then run the tool.

It found an item and said it would clean after reboot. After reboot I went into the C: folder and there were multiple TDSS files but I selected the last one added, hopefully the most recent. Is this what you need?
Once again thanks alot for all this help.

I have not seen a malwarebytes log yet so go ahead and run a quick scan and post the results along with a fresh hijackthis log.

Just make sure you update malwarebytes first by opening it up and clicking on the update tab and click on check for updates. Keep updating until it says you have the latest version.

Your log looks good. How is the system running now? As far as firefox goes I did notice that you have a new process now.

C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\plugin-container.exe

I've read that this can cause issues.

System is running good as ever. Thanks a lot for all the help. I am unsure how I got the new process but if it has been known to cause problems I will get rid of it. I do have a question though a few days back you had me uninstall Adobe Reader 6.0.1 and install the new update. Well during all this virus run around I tried a system restore before you fixed my problem so that Adobe Reader 6.0.1 is back but my windows installer seems to be acting up. Is there a utility out there to help fix this?

You can try downloading and running revo uninstaller pro that will force uninstall it and any remaining registry entries.

http://www.revouninstaller.com/

If it won't remove it, let me know.

Im getting a windows installer error stating, the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. click ok to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package Adobe Reader 6.0.1msi in the bow below.

Any ideas?
